Aged for 3 years in an ex-bourbon cask, our floral and nutty kōji-based spirit Helena developed complex nuances over time. The American white oak imparts a familiar toast and comforting sweet spice. The many layers are unlocked and fully expressed at 48% ABV for a warm and smooth drinking experience. Rich butterscotch and toffee aromas lead the way, followed by a deep root-forward earthiness. The long and lingering finish reveals subtle savory and herbal notes of anise. 48% ABV
