The quintessential aromas of American white oak ex-Bourbon cask gently developed over the past 3 years to reveal sweet and warm notes highlighting a fruit-forward palate. The floral kōji-based spirit Helena unravels and opens up with dried date undertones. To unlock all the delicate layers of the spirit, Cask 03 has been bottled at a cask strength of 54.3% ABV. The clean and rich nose uncover subtle wine-like and jammy nuances for a smooth and warm drinking experience. 54.3% ABV.
