Beskrivelse

ThermoArt Smooth is an extruded thermoplastic manufactured in Spain by Green Stuff World , specifically designed for cosplay, modeling, crafts, performing arts, and thermoforming in vacuum machines. Its fine-tuned and filler-free formula (no minerals, no wood, no nut granules) gives it unique properties, with an activation temperature lower than the average thermoplastic of only 65-70°C and a completely smooth finish, eliminating the need for sanding in the vast majority of cases. In the world of wargaming , this product is ideal for creating detailed scenery, modeling mountains and other terrain features, as well as for armor, structures, and custom accessories. In addition, it can be used as a base material for texturing building walls or floors using textured rollers, easily achieving realistic surfaces. In model railways, its thermoforming and modeling capabilities allow for highly detailed tunnel, bridge, mountain, and landscape structures. Thanks to its malleability, it can be used with textured rollers to reproduce brick walls, cobblestone floors, and other architectural surfaces, achieving realistic effects without the need for additional preparation processes. It is activated by heat, generally with a hot air gun , allowing it to be molded with precision before hardening on cooling. Its excellent thermoforming capacity makes it ideal for creating complex pieces with a lot of detail, ensuring faithful reproductions. Thanks to its flexibility and ease of handling, it is perfect for making armor, weapons, masks, wargame scenery, model trains, and even parts for nativity scenes . Its homogeneous surface facilitates the direct application of both acrylic paints and flexible paints, as well as the gluing of electrostatic grass or sand, achieving professional finishes without the need for excessive additional preparation. ThermoArt Smooth is resistant, reusable many times, even its scraps, and highly malleable , which allows errors to be corrected by applying heat
