This special bundle features noma’s first-ever alternative chocolate bars and our limited-edition Barrel-Aged Rose Balsamic. The vinegar is a rich, deep, and luxurious spin on the beloved Italian balsamico . Ikke Chokolade (“not chocolate” in Danish) is our spin on a dark chocolate bar made with toasted and blackened barley koji, refined with shea butter and a touch of cocoa butter. The process usually takes 169 hours to reach optimal complexity and fruitiness.
