A simple temperature sensor that can operate in a wide temperature range. With a built-in comparator that allows you to get started right away! This sensor uses an NTC thermistor , which in principle functions as a resistor that lets its resistance value decrease with increasing temperature. This means that if you place this NTC thermistor in series with a regular resistor, you will get a varying voltage at the junction between the two components. This is exactly what our analog temperature sensor does. It also comes with a comparator so you can quickly and easily set your limit value and use it as a digital signal. To summarize, this sensor has: Built-in NTC thermistor with a wide temperature measurement range The printed circuit board has an analog output, which allows measurements on the sensor directly via a microcontroller The printed circuit board has a built-in comparator (LM393) that will automatically drive the digital output when the sensor level is above a level set via the potentiometer.
